It is very few and far between that I ever see Adobe XD required from an employer, probably because the collaboration tools are not at the Figma level, and that Figma and Sketch have a head start on.

Maybe XD will do what InDesign did, when it eventually overtook Quark Xpress and became the industry standard... I kind of hope not, they already have a monopoly
