It's interesting to revisit this after what has happened the past 3 months after the Supreme Court has ruled that LGBT folks are covered under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The next fight will be over trans rights and the questions of women's prisons, bathrooms, locker rooms, and sports and if they are entitled to these sex segregated spaces they fought so hard for for their safety.

And of course, trans people in the military.
